Then, once the analysis is complete, you can share the details of issues and analysis with other stakeholders to inform and coordinate response.

How AI Agent RCA on Alerts Works

RCA is an AI agent framework designed to help developers build and manage AI agents using code, libraries, and prompts. It provides a structured approach to creating intelligent systems and is embedded within platforms like Logz.io to enhance observability and troubleshooting capabilities.

Within both the Home Dashboard and the Event Management section of the Logs area of the Logz.io platform, users will have the ability to run RCA on log events—alerts, exceptions and insights—that you’ve set in the platform.

The capabilities extend to pinpointing the timing, location, and frequency of issues, as well as identifying related events. The “Conclusions” feature summarizes findings, enabling immediate action with clear guidance on resolution steps, like rolling back deployments or fixing specific issues, effectively reducing MTTR.

Additionally, RCA generates detailed insights for cross-team communication, helping users articulate what went wrong and how to resolve it. This ensures teams are aligned on next steps, improving collaboration and streamlining issue resolution.
