International Cloud Artificial Intelligence Awards Program Reveals Finalists –
Recognizing Logz.io for Observability IQ Platform Capabilities
Boston and Tel Aviv – 17 September 2024 — Logz.io, provider of Open 360™ – the industry’s most easy-to-use and cost-efficient AI-powered observability platform – announced today that it has been named a finalist in The 2024 A.I. Awards in the “Best AI Integration” category, underlining its groundbreaking approach to automating complex observability processes.
Logz.io has established itself as a leading innovator in the area of AI-based capabilities designed for engineering and DevOps teams seeking to accelerate and improve monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization of their cloud applications and infrastructure. In January 2022, the company introduced its initial GenAI integration, building on years of development of its breakthrough machine learning and crowdsourced intelligence technologies.
Over the last two years, Logz.io has rapidly advanced its approach to automating key aspects of observability with GenAI, most notably with the introduction of its Observability IQ™ strategy and roadmap, and the May 2024 introduction of its Observability IQ Assistant. IQ Assistant is an AI-driven, chat-based capability that automatically generates insights about issues existing in customers’ environments, and remarkably allows teams to converse directly with their data using natural language querying. These innovative capabilities are all aimed at helping human experts resolve issues faster and drive down mean time to remediation (MTTR).
“It’s fantastic to gain this industry recognition as AI is revolutionizing the cloud observability market, and the broader technology sector. Logz.io is working to make every aspect of our users’ work lives faster, simpler and more efficient,” said Asaf Yigal, CTO and co-founder of Logz.io. “We’re honored to have been named a finalist in the Best AI Integration category in The 2024 A.I. Awards and look forward to learning of the judges’ decision on the winner.”
The new A.I. Awards program was launched earlier this year by The Cloud Awards, recognizing and rewarding excellence and innovation in the use or development of cloud artificial intelligence technologies, and machine learning. The program features a wide range of categories, including those highlighting advancement in specific industry verticals such as Retail/eCommerce, Transport, and Entertainment on the use of AI to drive improvements in areas such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Cybersecurity. Overall excellence in AI practice is also recognized through awards such as ‘Most Advanced AI Environment’ and ‘AI Deployment of the Year’.
CEO of The Cloud Awards, James Williams, said: “We’re excited to reveal the finalists of the inaugural A.I. Awards. The program spotlights the incredible innovations taking place in the world of cloud AI all over the globe, and Logz.io fully deserves its place amongst this year’s outstanding finalists.”

The program will now begin its final round of judging – resulting in a winner in each category being selected from this group of finalists. A.I. Awards winners will be announced on Tuesday 8 October 2024.
The program will return to welcome new submissions in Summer 2025, to continue recognizing excellence in Cloud AI solutions. The full cast of finalists across all categories can be viewed here: https://www.cloud-awards.com/2024-ai-awards-finalists
The Cloud Awards and The FinTech Awards are now accepting nominations for their respective programs, recognizing excellence in cloud computing and financial technologies. The next entry deadline, for The Cloud Awards, is Friday 18 October 2024.
Logz.io’s Open 360™ Platform unifies log, metric and trace data into a single platform to provide full “360 degree” visibility into the health and performance of today’s complex cloud applications and infrastructure. Logz.io further enhances these technologies with a unified experience and numerous AI-based capabilities that enable customers to converse directly with their data, automate root cause analysis, and simplify and reduce the cost of observability while reducing Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR).
