Boston and Tel Aviv, May 7, 2019 — Logz.io, an intelligent and scalable machine data analytics platform, announced its service on Microsoft Azure, offering customers easy and scalable ELK-as-a-service. Azure customers can now easily deploy, run, and scale ELK through a managed offering. The Logz.io ELK-as-a-Service provides Azure customers with access to one of the world’s most popular machine data diagnostics technology, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) with the added simplicity and intelligence of a fully managed service.

Logz.io ELK-as-a-service provides engineers with the flexibility and transparency of open source along with additional enterprise management capabilities and powerful artificial intelligence.  Logz.io’s unique AI is based on crowdsourced machine learning capabilities to enable engineering teams to identify and remediate issues faster before they affect production. This allows engineers to focus more of their valuable time and energy on core engineering challenges that directly affect performance and reliability.

“I am very excited about our partnership with Microsoft,” said Tomer Levy, co-founder and CEO of Logz.io. “We share a common vision to empower engineers to work independently with the flexibility to build and run software on their own terms.  ELK is the most popular log analytics engine in the world, and engineers need a seamless way to access and run this technology at scale. Our partnership with Microsoft enables this for engineers across the world.”

Julia Liuson, Corporate Vice President of Microsoft’s developer division said, “At Microsoft, we see open source as a major driver of innovation within the engineering community. Since we strive to empower our customers and facilitate their success, it is important to us to meet them where they are by making it easy to access and use open source tools. Our partnership with Logz.io will strengthen Microsoft Azure ties with the developer community, enabling teams to easily build and monitor their products using ELK”.
