November 3, 2025

We’ll be upgrading your environment to Open 360 AI, introducing a unified, single-pane-of-glass experience with a fresh, modern look, opening the door to our journey toward Autonomous Observability.

Don’t worry, everything you know and love remains in place.
All your dashboards, alerts, bookmarks, and integrations are right where you left them, just with a cleaner and more intuitive navigation.

The New Navigation at a Glance

You’ll now see a simplified left-hand menu organized by key experiences:

    • Explore – Unified search and visual exploration
    • Dashboards – Central hub for visualizations
    • Alerts – Manage and view all your alert rules
    • APM / Kubernetes – Deep dive into application and infrastructure insights
    • Open Source Apps – Your familiar open-source experiences for Logs and Metrics

Open Source or Native? the Choice is Yours

Depending on your preference, you can continue using the open-source dashboards or switch to the new native and improved experience.

    • Open-source-based Logging Solution → under Open Source Apps > Logs
