In the role of Enterprise Account Executive, the successful candidate will understand their customer’s business objectives and act as their trusted advisor for using Logz.io most effectively. This person needs to communicate effectively across multiple departments and customers, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoys the challenges of providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. What you will be doing:

  • Ownership of the full sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Learn and fully utilize the Logz.io Sales Methodology
  • Establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
  • Foster new relationships for Logz.io through outbound efforts
  • Help educate customers on the value of Logz.io throughout the buying cycle
  • Navigate key decision-makers to build Logz.io awareness within enterprise organizations
  • Maintain high forecasting accuracy of pipeline and deal flow
  • Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases
  • Provide recommendations based on customers’ business needs and usage patterns
  • Identify customer needs and collaborate with Logz.io teammates to ensure customer success with special emphasis on signup, upgrade, and renewal
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product
  • What you should have:

  • 5+ years of Account Executive experience selling to enterprise technology groups, preferably to software development, software engineering, SRE, DevOps and Enterprise Architecture
  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts of $250k+ ARR
  • Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organizationProven negotiation and closing skills
  • Track record of success navigating and closing Enterprise sized accounts
  • Ability to develop senior-level relationships quickly and effectively
  • Experience selling to Director level + and C-suite decision-makers in Enterprise accounts
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptive
  • Experience with sales automation tools (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Some travel required
