About Logz.io

As our company, and partner base, continues to grow we will look to the Sr. MSSP Account Manager to recruit and manage our relationships with our most strategic MSSP partners and resellers. This will include acting as the primary contact for assigned security partners and resellers to ensure their continued satisfaction with our solutions, manage the resolution of any challenges they might face and continue to drive increased sales of our products.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive qualified pipeline and forecast accurately to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
  • Intimately skilled in account planning, strategy and sales calls and has a strong understanding of how to "land and expand" within an existing customer base.
  • Become an Logz.io product expert including the product's technical workings and practical business application.
  • Prospect for new logo accounts through sales calls, networking, marketing research and email campaigns.
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities from Discovery call to Close.
  • Engage in technical sales discussions with potential clients via conference call or web demonstration; leveraging Sales Engineering resources where needed.
  • Lead security engagements with customers to evaluate their various compliance needs, SOC maturity, or efficiency in using our products.
  • Manage partners and work closely with them to assure their success with our product.
  • Receive new partners and manage them through the implementation process to ensure they successfully adopt Logz.io’s service.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and work to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Customer Advocacy, to provide services required to meet partner and reseller expectations.
  • Maintain a positive interactive working relationship with Product Management and Product Engineering to resolve issues and to communicate partner and reseller needs for future product enhancements
  • Your Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in a sales hunter role working with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP).
  • Excel in a fast-growing organization, dedicated to disrupting the industry.
  • Thrives in a transparent, dynamic, and disruptive team environmentPrior experience in selling security software to SOC provider’s essential.
  • Become a Logz.io product expert including the product's technical workings and practical business application.
  • Manage partners and work closely with them to assure their success with our product.
  • Work with new logo partners and manage them through the onboarding process to ensure they successfully adopt Logz.io’s service.
  • Up-to-date understanding of current market, customer, competitive trends & anomalies in the security market.
  • You are familiar with security data sources and their use for basic and advanced detection methods, including Cloud-based data sources.
  • Experience with common security frameworks and models such as: MITRE ATT&CK, ISO27001/2, CSA Cloud Control Matrix.
  • Experience selling similar complex security solutions in any of the following: SOC security-based products (such as Malware/Exploit Prevention, Anti-Virus, White Listing, SIEM, and other techniques) or SAS, Behavior Analytic or Logging tools in the Commercial and Enterprise markets
