Sales Enablement Manager

Full-Time / Sales / Boston, MA


As’s Sales Enablement Manager, you will work closely with sales, marketing and engineering. We sell a technical product and need someone who can bridge the gap between product marketing and sales, craft the message, coach reps on their calls/demos/sales process and act as a partner to the Sales Leadership Team.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and optimize our Learning Management System and various self-serve Onboarding programs.
  • Manage and optimize our Content Management System, ensuring our new hires have the tools and resources they need to be successful.
  • Oversee the coordination and continuous improvement of our current training programs through analytics from our LMS and salesforce, as well as disseminating direct feedback taken from surveys.
  • Work closely with members of the Sales and Sales Operations Teams to test and measure the impact our training programs have.
  • Stay on top of the latest trends, techniques, and tools in the learning and development space.
  • Align with the various departments (product, marketing, sales) that the Sales Enablement team supports to identify and address learning interventions in innovative ways.
  • Work with Product Marketing to disseminate messaging, product positioning, target audiences, and buyer personas.
  • Assist with product education around new features, functionality, and enhancements surrounding product launches to incorporate marketing strategy into training curriculum.
  • Design and deliver engaging onboarding experience for sales reps.
  • Assist in strategy development and execution for all sales enablement related activities, including onboarding and ongoing enablement
  • Qualifications:

  • Salesforce proficient, as well as experience with learning management systems and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal) and facilitation skills including stand-and-deliver presentation skills, with the ability to assimilate complex concepts and clearly articulate business value.
  • Passion for developing and coaching others.
  • Impeccable organization skills and experience managing multiple deadlines with quick turnarounds.
  • You are an excellent problem-solver. You like to work through puzzles and challenges and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to get stuff done.
  • Experience in a sales role, and knowledge of various sales processes and methodologies is a bonusTechnical sales experience and domain knowledge is a bonus
