We’re looking for an experienced Product VP to join us and lead E2E product cycle and features development, in the on-growing observability world. Responsibilities

  • Be the leader of Logz.io’s observability products, mastering both the customer needs and the product capabilities.
  • Direct product roadmap and be responsible to achieve financial goals
  • Manage product managers, train them and guide them to strive for excellence Lead strategic and special projects ranging from new product and feature development to strategy creation
  • Communicate a clear set of business priorities and customer imperatives at all times and actively work cross-departmentally to drive key trade-off decisionsInteract with our top customers, and prospects, to understand their needs, gather feedback and requirements, and collaborate with them to build and validate solutions
  • Understand and meticulously think through every aspect of the overall customer experience, putting users’ needs first in the definition of requirements
  • Actively engage and tackle for business limiters within your control and pursue accelerants
  • Continuously seek improvements to the customer experience working with the UX and Engineering team to better drive the business and/or company goals
  • Serve as key spokesperson for the business, delivering clear, compelling communications across Logz.io and outside the company to garner any support required to successfully implement the business
  • Requirements

  • 10+ years experience product management SaaS software products
  • Wide experience in observability, monitoring, DevOps and public cloud
  • Proven Leadership and management capabilitiesT
  • Technical Orientation and deep domain knowledge in the observability space
  • Ability to distill sophisticated topics and feedback into clear, prioritized, business or user cases and product requirements
  • Need to have direct customer facing experience along with: Experience collaborating with agile development teams and handling a backlog, Experience working on or leading enterprise/business-to-business products
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead via influence, perseverance and determination
  • Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills, including data analysisBackground in SaaS and cloud-based software - a must
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
