The Vice President, Business & Corporate Development will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to develop opportunities that expand our suite of solutions as well as market reach. In this role you will need to be a visionary, planning for the future growth and scale.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead strategic partnership and corporate development efforts.
  • Build, expand and maintain the relationships and partnerships with Strategic Alliances and Technology Partners such as, AWS, Microsoft, Google, IBM, VMware and others.
  • Scout for potential acquisition target to help grow the companies product portfolio as well as GTM reach.
  • Secure executive-level introduction meetings with top executives from targeted technology partners.
  • What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A.
  • Experienced in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or management consulting is preferred.
  • Product or technical background is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in the observability, SIEM, DevOps, Developer tools is strongly preferred.
  • Pre-existing relationship network with leading ISVs and with Silicon Valley companies strongly preferred.
  • High-Level understanding of Cloud Platforms, DevOps tool chains, and Container Technologies.
  • Experience partnering with public cloud providers.
  • Experience working remotely away from HQ is an advantage.
  • Experience building relationships with relevant strategic partners.
  • Strong command of the M&A processes, including strategic evaluation, negotiation, structuring, due diligence and execution.
  • Ability to present, articulate, and defend analysis with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent relationship building and negotiation skills.
