What You'll Be Doing

  • Responsible for all month-end close processes and delivering end-to-end reporting package.
  • Preparation of analytical review of key P&L and Balance Sheet items.
  • Cash flow control including billing, collection, payments to vendors, and ongoing communication with banks.
  • Responsible for revenue recognition accuracy and completeness on a monthly basis.
  • Work with the company’s auditors on annual audits.
  • Analyze data and present insights to management.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of accounting policies and internal controls.
  • Ensure that detailed accounting documentation is compiled and maintained in support of relevant legal, regulatory, and audit requirements.
  • Ad hoc accounting and finance-related projects as needed.
  • Qualifications

  • CPA with Big 4 experience - MUST
  • 2 + years of hands-on accounting experience - Advantage
  • Strong English skills - both oral and written - MUST
  • Strong technical skills
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite, Stripe (big advantage)
  • Prior experience in high-tech industry/start-up company (advantage)
  • Excellent knowledge of US GAAP (advantage)
  • Able to conduct research and work Independently
  • Accurate, with great attention to detail
