Head of Marketing Program Management

The Head of marketing program management is responsible for the successful program management of marketing programs, including monitoring, and communicating the progress of the programs.You will develop and operationalize the templates, systems and tools required to capture the global marketing and project calendars and keep all functional teams on schedule. You will coordinate tightly with the marketing leads, the CMO and the business operations team to ensure initiatives are tracked and delivered on-time, on quality and within budget scope. You will facilitate cross-functional and cross-departmental coordination for projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Working with marketing leads and their teams to develop a clear and unified view of current campaigns, programs and projects in-flight and planned
  • Integrate campaign and program development in a project-based workflow
  • Support & drive change in our processes to increase our efficiency and effective project delivery and analysis
  • Create a motion of coordinated alignment between functions within Marketing and across other departments
  • Develop a reporting and communication system to track and update the status of campaign, program and project development & execution to the CMO and marketing leads
  • Drive clear prioritization processes for strategic projects
  • Create a unified view for the marketing leadership team to track, analyze and gain insights into the annual marketing plan execution status
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years in a project management role with at least 2+ years in a leadership role aligning deliverables across teams
  • Proven ability to ensure collaboration across multiple stakeholders with and without reporting structure alignment
  •  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization, including Executive reporting
  • Experience using collaborative task and project management tools to drive project execution
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • A self-starter, able to identify required action and execute with minimal supervision
  • Experience managing several simultaneously executing projects while keeping project management, scheduling and communication cleanly operational
  • Excel at rapid decision-making, consensus building and conflict resolution, all within the context of hard deadlines and the need to demonstrate results
  • A keen analytical mind for understanding how projects, people and processes can work together for maximum efficiency and efficacy
