About Logz.io

The Technical Recruiter is a central figure in the Logz.io recruiting lifecycle, managing candidate experience while helping Logz.io screen and select the best talent. As an integral part of both the Recruitment and HR team, the Technical Recruiter will be responsible for balancing, internalizing and delivering on the needs of the rapidly expanding departments while also guiding candidates through the entire interview process.  The Person: You are a proactive problem solver and excellent multi-tasker who thrives on juggling multiple assignments simultaneously. Organization is crucial, as well as a desire to be an integral part of a rapidly growing company with big-time responsibility for shaping the future of the Logz.io Tel Aviv team.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Proactively source for talents via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline for open positions
  • Perform phone screens and HR interviews
  • Work closely with hiring managers, become their trusted recruitment partner, provide advice and guidance in all aspects of recruiting and help build excellent teams
  • Help promote Logz.io unique culture and values through screening candidates and educating potential new employees on how to succeed at Logz.io
  • Become a contributing team member of the global HR team of Logz.io
  • Your background:

  • 1+ years in software/ tech industry recruiting 
  • A proven record of successful hiring in all departments including sales and technology
  • A high sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Great assessment skillsGreat interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Hebrew & English (written and spoken)
