Logz.io is one of the hottest start-ups, our customer base is growing rapidly. We are looking for an individual to join our account management team as an account manager with a passion for sales, a curiosity about technology and the ability to build meaningful business relationships across complex, distributed organizations.

What your day looks like:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for a significant portfolio of paying customers
  • Focus on strategic account growth by creating new upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure contract renewals
  • Accurately forecast and maintain a quarterly revenue and renewals pipeline
  • Regularly explore new customer requirements to consistently deliver value through the Logz.io platform
  • The role includes close work with the product, customer success and support teams
  • This is a senior role and requires a candidate that is always prepared to take the initiative, advocate for the customer and own the entire sales cycle
  • Who we are looking for:

  • 2+ years experience in SaaS sales or customer success management
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and taking a process driven approach to sales
  • Proven track record of overachievement in closing deals via phone, email, and web-meetings
  • Knowledge of DevOps, cloud, and log analytics  – advantage
  • Ability to travel to client sites
