Responsibilities

  • To ensure the success and growth of our products by optimizing our Production, learn from each incident, and proactively initiate developments to strengthen our infrastructure
  • Create a growth plan
  • Be aligned with the roadmaps of all our products and make sure our infrastructure is able to support those demands
  • Lead data-driven product decisions by setting and analyzing product metrics at a large scale and ensuring cost optimization while scaling the service
  • Work closely with the Engineering Production team, balance priorities between maintaining the stability of the platform and evolving the instrumentation required to do so
  • Work closely with R&D during the development phase to monitor progress, resolve design issues and deliver high-quality product releases
  • Work collaboratively with all relevant stakeholders to deliver the best user experience and functionality

    • Requirements

  • Background and proven hands-on experience in DevOps and big scale cloud deployment technologies.
  • 2 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager in a SaaS / Monitoring / DevOps company
  • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
  • Assertiveness and capability to influence the wider organization
  • Insightful, innovative and adapts well to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, business or related disciplines
  • Team-player, self-managed and fast-learner
