The Logz.io marketing team is searching for an amazing Senior Field ABM Manager to join us and to align and partner with our sales and account management teams. Working closely with our revenue organization and various marketing functions, you will develop an integrated & scalable program mix that takes an account-first approach and is executed across a variety of marketing channels. You will also develop scalable programs across North America and internationally.  Successful candidates for this position are passionate about and have a consistent track record of shaping and executing creative, multi-disciplinary marketing programs that generate pipeline! You believe that a positive relationship and consistent communication with Sales breeds an effective partnership. You are a Marketing enthusiast and a perpetual learner in order to offer a modern approach. The outstanding candidate is data-centric and outcomes-oriented, and comfortable using data to provide informed decisions and take action.

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with our sales teams to lead an account-based and regional marketing strategy that delivers a pipeline to the business. 
  • Work hand-in-hand with sales in selecting the right target accounts, and then developing and launching hyper-relevant, 1:1, 1:Few and 1:Many programs that nurture top accounts from prospecting to close to expansion.
  • Serve as the point person for the sales team to educate and inform them of all programs, providing detailed instructions for promotion, execution and follow-up.
  • Plan and execute integrated programs that can be scaled globally while also providing focused support to the region. Align efforts with product marketing and our corporate marketing functions.
  • Plan and execute channel programs.
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive the timely execution of marketing activities, and ensure strong follow-through from all partners.
  • Measure and provide closed-loop reporting on critical metrics across programs.
  • Drive multiple initiatives simultaneously with flawless execution.
  • Everything above and more to help contribute to the team’s main goal of maximizing our footprint in the Enterprise segment and building our brand upmarket.
  • Must Haves

  • 5+ years of demonstrated ability in high technology B2B enterprise software marketing required.
  • Significant, demonstrable account-based marketing (ABM) and field marketing experience.
  • Confidence in demonstrating program performance and providing insights, return on investment, and actions as a result of data analysis.
  • Having a growth mentality and thrive in a high-growth dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated capabilities with marketing technologies, including CRM (Salesforce.com), Marketing Automation (Marketo), 6Sense, influ2, SalesLoft, etc.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work on multiple programs that require critical thinking and high-speed tactical execution.
  • Sophisticated communication (written, verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a technical field, Master's degree a plus.
  • Nice-to-Have:

  • Marketo, 6Sense, influ2, or other marketing technology certifications
  • Experience with marketing SaaS/on-demand software highly desired
