Director, Sales Enablement

About The Position

As’s first Sales Enablement hire, you will work closely with sales, marketing and engineering. We are growing fast -- we will more than double our sales team in the next 12 months and the key to our success is getting these new hires productive and contributing as soon as possible. We sell a technical product and need someone who can bridge the gap between product marketing and sales, craft the message, coach reps on their calls/demos/sales process and act as a partner to the Sales Leadership Team.


  • Work with the Product team, Marketing team and Sales team to translate the product capabilities into customer value.
  • Work with Product Marketing to disseminate messaging, product positioning, target audiences, and buyer personas.
  • Assist with product education around new features, functionality, and enhancements surrounding product launches to incorporate marketing strategy into training curriculum.
  • Design and deliver engaging on-boarding experience (technical portion) for sales reps
  • Assist in strategy development and execution for all on-boarding activities: pre-work, new hire training and certifications.
  • Create technical sales collateral
  • Constantly evaluate and propose ways to increase efficiency and efficacy of the sales team


  • 7+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, technical sales and leadership
  • Bachelor's degree, technical degree preferred
  • Technical knowledge and experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and or Security.
  • Experience with various selling methodologies, such as Sandler Selling, Challenger, etc. a plus
  • Salesforce Proficient
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal) and facilitation skills including stand-and-deliver presentation skills, with the ability to assimilate complex concepts and clearly articulate business value.
