Business Operations Analyst

About The Position

We are looking for a strong analyst to join our Business Operations team. The analyst will be responsible for providing strategic recommendations based on his or her data analysis. This includes setting the right KPI and, building the processes to support it. In addition, creating the tools to monitor and flag changes in our funnel and suggest, test, measure, and hypothesize on improvements.

You will work in tandem with senior stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, CS and product.



Responsibilities

  • Support managers from all levels in the decision-making process.
  • Solve complex business questions and present simple solutions.
  • Be a key driver from idea through execution
  • Use data and processes to improve processes
  • Own CRM and other adjacent systems (we use Salesforce)


Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. Degree  
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a consultant/business analyst in a relevant firm
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Salesforce experience required
  • Tableau experience is a plus
  • SQL experience is a plus
  • Experience in working in a SaaS company and/or internet/online world is a plus
