Senior Director, Growth Marketing


About The Position

As the Senior Director, Growth Marketing, you will drive the engine that is propelling our path to IPO in 2022. You’ll bring your vision for how to employ data-driven demand generation strategy and best practices to life in a fast paced, team oriented organization. You’ll develop a framework for collaborating with sales and marketing leaders to identify, implement and measure ongoing growth opportunities in an agile, highly empowered environment.

At You Will

Drive Strategy

  • Own demand generation strategy to achieve SQL and revenue goals
  • Define critical marketing program requirements and partner with the CMO to align each with marketing spend, budgets, and future targets
  • Work with Marketing, Sales,and external agencies to drive conversion and create innovative, differentiated multi-channel marketing experiences for our diverse target audience
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Product leadership to set and meet Product Led Growth performance and conversion goals and continue to refine our multi-touch attribution model.


  • 10+ years of leading marketing operations and successfully building out a modern, growth-driven marketing strategy for global companies of scale, ideally a technology-driven subscription based model selling in the DevOps and Security marketplaces
  • Thoughtfully hired, mentored and retained world-class marketing talent within a fast-paced, hyper-growth, ever-changing industry

We're Also Looking For

  • Extensive knowledge and experience scoping & building Product led growth performance marketing functions
  • Recognized as a constructive leader within previous marketing organizations and a strong influencer with other leaders in technology, product, operations, finance, legal
  • Strong proficiency in developing highly-structured frameworks and processes that identify the right solutions and tools for scaling marketing initiatives in complex, data-heavy environments with many moving parts
  • Data-driven instincts with a track record of producing and presenting compelling, convincing market data and information to diverse internal audiences
  • Forward-thinking, analytical and problem-solving mindset, drawn to simplifying complexity
  • Strong communicator and collaborator
