The Senior Recruiter is a central figure in the Logz.io recruiting lifecycle, managing candidate experience while helping Logz.io screen and select the best talent. As an integral part of both the Sales and HR/Recruitment teams, the Senior Recruiter will be responsible for balancing, internalizing and delivering on the needs of the rapidly expanding sales department while also guiding candidates through the entire interview process.
You are a proactive problem solver and excellent multitasker who thrives on juggling multiple assignments simultaneously. Organization is crucial, as well as a desire to be an integral part of a rapidly growing company with big-time responsibility for shaping the future of the Logz.io sales team.
