About The Position

Logz.io has been growing rapidly since its inception, tripling it’s employee count to more than 120 employees across 3 geographical locations (Israel, Boston, Silicon Valley). With more than 500 paying customers. Logz.io is accelerating its growth with goal of hiring another 100 employees and is hiring a senior director of HR to own recruiting and support the different organizations.

In this rapidly growing environment, this leader will be responsible for scaling out the HR function including the design and execution of people programs related to talent acquisition and people branding, branding, top talent retention, learning and development, performance reviews, compensation & rewards, health and wellness, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Be the professional focal point and provide consultation on all HR related topics such as: Talent acquisition and on-going recruitment, workforce planning, performance evaluation, training, talents management, career development, individuals' personal needs, compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
  • Drive talent strategy and innovative hiring methods and processed to attract top talents.
  • Lead employees’ excellent experience through the employee lifecycle and develop a sense of pride, engagement, and passion, including promoting an organization atmosphere based on Company’s values.
  • Support organizational changes, communications, and transition plans.
  • Lead compensation & benefits including salary revision, bonus, recognition, promotions etc.
  • Work with senior management to set the HR strategy by bringing useful insights and
  • predictive HR metrics to the business.
  • Recreation activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in various HR Functions with at least one role as a Director of HR in a high-tech startup company.
  • Experience in building and running hiring process in a fast-paced company.
  • Experience working in a global company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiar with best practice people processes and experienced in coaching managers.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Bachelor and Master’s Degree in a relevant education field.
  • Excellence in establishing work priorities, providing action and accountability to meet deadlines.
  • Agility and personal resilience to work in a dynamic environment.
  • A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
  • Excellent communication skills to handle complex and difficult situations with thought and confidence.
  • Independent judgment, critical thinking, analysis and self-directed work.
